Lewisham MindCare runs a Dementia Information and Support Service. Dementia Advisors provide initial one to one contact to give advice and information. Future support will be tailored to what you want from the service, which may include: Signposting to other services; help you plan for the future; advocacy support; group activities and mutual support; raise awareness of dementia and run training
Community Connections Lewisham
Community Connections Lewisham is a free Social Prescribing service, run by Age UK Lewisham and Southwark. We run a variety of services to help residents find and access the activities, groups, services and support that will improve their health, wellbeing and happiness. We can support all Lewisham residents, or those registered with a Lewisham GP, aged 18 or over.
