TLCP PCN and Penrose / Hippo have signed a Data Sharing Agreement to enable them to process patients’ data for the purpose of delivering this campaign.
All data use will be in compliance with national data protection laws. If patients have any questions you can share the following with them:
- To improve our services, we are working with a new messaging provider called Hippo Labs.
- They will invite you to book in for your Flu and COVID vaccination appointment this season though various messaging services such as emails, text messages and WhatsApp.
- You will always have the option to call us directly to book your appointments. Hippo Labs are a UK-based company that follow all NHS digital standards.
- They will never use or sell your data to another party.
