TLCP September Newsletter 2025

Welcome to our September edition!

This month has been a busy one across our practices, with important changes taking shape and new ways for patients to stay informed and connected. From the launch of our WhatsApp Channel to preparations for the Total Triage system, we’re working hard to make healthcare more accessible and responsive for everyone.

We’ve also begun our seasonal flu vaccination clinics and welcomed new members to our team. Inside this newsletter, you’ll find everything you need to know — from how to download and use the NHS App, to how you can get involved in our Patient Participation Forum (PPF).

Stay Connected

We’ve launched an official WhatsApp Channel to bring you health campaigns, practice news, and service updates — straight to your phone.

Have Your Say

Your feedback matters. Leave us a Google Review to tell us what’s working well and where we can improve. Every review helps us provide better care and guides new patients in choosing our services.

Healthcare at Your Fingertips

The NHS App makes managing your health easier than ever. You can order prescriptions, view test results (including cervical screening results), and access referral letters securely — all from your phone.

Starters and Leavers

We are delighted to welcome Aaliyah, Klaudia, Lawal, Tomori, and Dr. Eleanor Bates to our team this month. Each brings new skills and enthusiasm to support our patients and community. We also say goodbye to Renae, Stefanie, Dr. Abiramy Eswaravel and Dr. Daniel Wang, thanking them for their contributions and wishing them the very best for the future.

Google Reviews – Your Feedback Counts

Your experiences matter to us. By leaving a Google Review, you help us understand what’s working well and where we can improve. Reviews also guide other patients in choosing their healthcare provider with confidence.

You don’t need to search for the link — simply scan the QR code displayed in reception or in any consulting room during your visit.

PPF Unified Meeting

Our Patient Participation Forum (PPF) has now been unified into one group across our practices. This ensures patient voices are heard consistently and effectively. The first unified meeting took place this month, and we look forward to building an active, supportive group together. Future meeting dates will also be shared via the newsletter and WhatsApp channel. If you are interested in joining future meetings, please let our reception team know.

Total Triage - what you need to know?

When does it start? From 1st October 2025. What does it mean for you? Every request begins with a short form, which allows us to prioritise urgent issues and direct you to the right professional. Will I still be able to call the practice? Yes — our care navigators can guide you through the form if you’re unable to complete it online.

This change is designed to make sure no matter what your concern is, it will be picked up quickly and directed to the right professional
