Pharmacy Nominations and Medication Collection
Please be aware that Cheltenham Chemist, located next to our Honor Oak site, has now closed with immediate effect.
If Cheltenham Chemist was your nominated pharmacy, you can still collect your medication by visiting any pharmacy and requesting that they dispense your prescription.
If you would like to choose a new nominated pharmacy, you can:
- Ask your preferred pharmacy to update your nomination for you, or
- Visit the practice and we will be happy to update your nominated pharmacy on your behalf.
