Black African and Caribbean Free Emotional Support
Maradiliko CIC will be running free emotional support for Lewisham Residents for 12 weeks starting on Thursday 8th February 2024.
A sensitive space for emotional and practical support to work through feelings of anxiety, frustration, fear, anger, other issues and set aspirational goals.
Members also benefit from information on healthy eating, exercising, employment, volunteering, training and starting their own business.
Limited 1 to 1 counselling is available to eligible members.
