The NHS Flu vaccination programme for 2025-2026 is starting
The NHS flu vaccination programme for 2025–26 is starting soon, and our practice will be running dedicated clinics for eligible patients.

Who Can Get a Free Flu Vaccine?
From 1 September 2025: (Clinics available to book now Saturday 20 and 27 September 2025 @ St Johns Site):
- Children aged 2 or 3 (on 31 August 2025)
- School-aged children (Reception to Year 11 – offered via school)
- Pregnant women
- Children aged 6 months to under 18 in clinical risk groups
From 1 October 2025: (Clinics available to book now Saturday 04 and Saturday 11 October 2025 @ St Johns site):
- Adults aged 65 and over
- Adults aged 18 to 64 in clinical risk groups
- Residents in care homes
- Carers and household contacts of people with weakened immune systems
- Frontline health and social care workers
How to Book
Appointments are available to book now by either:
- Via a booking link sent via SMS
- Speaking to reception when visiting/calling
Why It’s Important
Flu can be serious, especially for those with long-term health conditions or weakened immune systems.
