Chronic kidney disease (CKD) in Lewisham
Improving Lives
The Lewisham Care Partnership (TLCP) is delighted to announce that we’re starting a project funded by Lewisham Council’s Public Health team, in partnership with Mabadiliko CIC, to improve the lives of Black African and Caribbean people living with chronic kidney disease (CKD) in Lewisham.
We’re currently seeking expressions of interest from TLCP patients who are living with chronic kidney disease to join a small working group, whose input will shape the co-design and co-delivery of a culturally-tailored intervention to improve outcomes for these community members.

This would initially involve attending and contributing to up to four in-person meetings in Lewisham over Oct-Nov, where you’d share your perspective on CKD diagnosis, treatment, and care, and shape the intervention that we will co-design together, as a group. Your time would of course be compensated.
If this is something you’re interested in, please do let us know latest by the end of the day on Friday 10th October by completing the following short expression of interest form.
We’ll review the responses we receive and will contact you as soon as we’ve done so to confirm your participation.
With many thanks in advance for your consideration and we look forward to hearing from you!
Kind regards
Dr Emily Symington
