Enhanced Hours

Get help outside of our standard hours

Important Information

Appointment times during the enhanced hours must be pre-booked, walk-ins will not be permitted.

  • You may see a clinician who works at a different site to the site you are registered at, but within The Lewisham Care Partnership.
  • Your appointment may be booked at a site that is different to your registered practice.
  • Clinicians will have access to your electronic patient records and will be able to consult as you would expect in your registered practice (if this is not possible you will be advised accordingly). Standard data protection and confidentiality policies are in place.
  • Reception will be open during the enhanced access times to check patients in for appointments only, please attend your usual practice for administrative and medical queries.

Schedule

Monday to Friday:

Face to face and telephone appointments with various clinicians such as GP/ Nurse/ Health Care Assistants.

  • 7am to 8am
  • 6:30pm to 8pm

Saturday:

Face to face and telephone appointments with various clinicians such as GP/ Nurse/ Health Care Assistant/ Physiotherapist.

  • 9am to 5pm

Clinical services available during Enhanced Access

  • Routine GP appointments
  • Routine nursing appointments like injections, wound dressings
  • NHS health checks
  • Diabetic foot checks
  • Child immunisations
  • Cervical screening / smear tests
  • Contraception advice and Implants
