St John's Medical Centre
Disabled Access
There is a Ramp Access Point at the front of the surgery, with a lift to the Doctors Rooms situated on the First Floor.
We have a hearing loop assistive system that helps people who are hard of hearing.
Parking
There is no parking available at the surgery.
Hilly Fields Medical Centre
Disabled Access
Hilly Fields Practice is fully accessible to the disabled and all patients areas including waiting area, consulting rooms, reception desk and toilets have wheelchair access.
There is a designated disabled parking space at the front of the building.
If you are unable to see a doctor upstairs, please let a Care Navigator know and you will be seen downstairs in a consulting room.
We have a hearing loop assistive system that helps people who are hard of hearing. We would also welcome any suggestions you may have to make your visit to the surgery easier.
The Surgery has an 'auto open front door' system, a ramp for wheelchair access, a lift for second floor access and disabled toilet facilities.

The Morden Hill Surgery building has been designed for disabled access.
There is an access point at the reception desk and disabled toilets. A wheelchair is available for those who require it for their visit. We would ask that you let us know if you need help as your disability may not be a visible one.

Belmont Hill Surgery

Belmont Hill Surgery has been adapted for disabled access. There is an access point at the reception desk and a disabled toilet and there is accessible parking directly outside the practice. We would ask that you let us know if you need help as your disability may not be a visible one.

There is parking available at the surgery. Users of the car park do so at their own risk. The surgery accepts no liability for accidents, damage or loss incurred in the car park.

The health centre is fully accessible to the disabled, and all the patient areas including waiting room, consulting rooms and toilets have wheelchair access.

The Blue Badge Scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go.

Blind/Partially Sighted
If you or your family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a CD or large print of our Practice leaflet upon request. Please ask our staff for further information.
